India: Demonetisation is ‘largest money laundering scheme ever’ – Shourie

In a blistering attack, former Union Minister Arun Shourie said the current economic slowdown was induced by decisions taken by the Narendra Modi government and termed demonetization as the “largest money-laundering scheme ever”.

In an interview with NDTV, Shourie also questioned the government’s rollout of the goods and services tax, saying that it was an important reform but was poorly implemented.
